A culinary festival dedicated to promoting the "prince" of local cuisine, blue fish.
Involved in "all sauces" by a swarm of chefs who put it on stage with crispy fried fish, baked in foil, stewed, boiled, grilled and roasted.

Artusi Festival - Forlimpopoli

Who better to learn the art of good eating from than the master Pellegrino Artusi? He is considered to be the father of Italian cuisine.
Learn the art of gastronomy through shows, concerts, exhibitions, meetings, entertainment and special events.

Piadiniamo - Savignano sul Rubicone

A real contest between the best piadinari of Romagna, you will see them challenging each other to the last bite to determine the best piadina.
In the meantime, take a seat and start choosing your favourite among the most traditional...
Piadina with rocket and squacquerone cheese, sausage and onion, or with herbs.
And why not? A stuffed cassone!

European Market - Cervia

San Martino Fair - Santarcangelo di Romagna

The San Martino fair is such an exceptional event for the people of the Romagna that we can compare it to Ferragosto and New Year' Eve.
It is masterfully planned with great attention to detail.
The charming village of Santarcangelo adorns its arch with the most famous horns, leaving the stage to piadina, mushrooms, truffles, baked fish, roasted chestnuts and mulled wine!
